This policy explains what information Critical Care Echo Trainer, sold by James Napolitano ("we", "us"), collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we never sell your information.
The trainer does not collect patient information. Please do not send patient information to us.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the product: Lemon Squeezy (payments and licensing), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Fonts (typefaces) and our email provider. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide access, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you. The access cookie expires after about 13 months unless renewed.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@criticalcareechotrainer.com. Some records must be kept for legal or tax reasons. You can clear the access cookie at any time in your browser settings; you will need to enter your key again. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may contact your local data protection authority.
The product is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
